1. Can I use the Foaming Skin Polish on my face?
Yes, it is safe to use the Foaming Skin Polish on your face and any part of your body. However, if you have sensitive skin that's more delicate and tends to get damaged more easily, you may want to avoid using the Foaming Skin Polish on your face and use it only for other parts of your body.
2. How often should I use the Foaming Skin Polish?
It is typically recommended to use a physical exfoliator on your face 1-3 times a week. That being said, you know your skin best so experiment and find out what works best for you!
3. What is the pH level of the Foaming Skin Polish?
The pH level of the Foaming Skin Polish is 6, just acidic enough to give you best complexion.
4. Is Yu-Be cruelty free?
There is no animal testing done with Yu-Be products at any of our facilities.
5. Is Yu-Be paraben free?
All Yu-Be products are paraben free.

All Yu-Be skincare products, except for the Yu-Be Facial Masks (contain royal jelly), are vegan

Standard shipping is $6 for US customers. For Canada-based customers, shipping is a flat fee of $20 CAD.
For US orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $60+
For Canada-based orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $120+ CAD! Please note that duty fees are not covered.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window (from the date of delivery) for returns and exchanges.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply email us at info@yu-be.com to get started.
In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Your items will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days
Standard shipping for domestic orders takes up to 7 business days for delivery.
Standard shipping for Canada customers takes between 10-14 days for delivery.

Currently we only ship within the US and select items to Canada. This product is not available to ship to Canada. US only.
