Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Upon verification, in-stock items will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on delivery location. Cost of shipping varies per weight of each order and carrier selected at checkout.

Handling time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)

Transit time: 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) for US orders and 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri) for Canada orders.

 Please allow up to 7 days for delivery for US orders and up to 10 days for Canada orders.

US orders receive free shipping on orders with a grand total of $45 or more in merchandise. Standard shipping (3-5 business days) for US orders that have a grand total less than $45 costs up to $6. Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for US orders costs up to $12. Shipping and handling fees for US orders containing only samples is $3.95.

Canada orders receive free shipping on orders with a grand total of $75 or more in merchandise. Canada orders that have a grand total less than $75 in merchandise will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15 (duty fee not included).

We sell only within the United States of America and select items to Canada.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply call us at (310) 737-1150 or email us at info@yu-be.com to get started.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The address at which you must send your return to will be provided after you've requested the return of your item(s). We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
