Step 1: Just before bed, apply a generous amount of Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream onto your heels and/or elbows

Step 2: Slip the socks on and go to bed

There is no animal testing done with Yu-Be products at any of our facilities.

2. Is Yu-Be paraben free?

All Yu-Be products are paraben free.

3. Is Yu-Be vegan?

All Yu-Be skincare products, except for the Yu-Be Lip Balm (contains beeswax), are 100% vegan.

4. Does Yu-Be contain petroleum?

No, Yu-Be is 100% petroleum free.

5. Does Yu-Be contain steroid cream?

No, there is no steroid cream contained in any Yu-Be products.

6. Can I use Yu-Be on my face? If so, which ones?

All Yu-Be products are safe to apply to your face. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we recommend starting with either of our hypoallergenic creams, the Advanced Formula Pure Hydration Cream or Yuzu Pure Hydration Cream.

1. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6 for US customers. For Canada-based customers, shipping is a flat fee of $20 CAD.

For US orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $60+

For Canada-based orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $70+ CAD! Please note that duty fees are not covered.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window (from the date of delivery) for returns and exchanges.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply call us at (310) 737-1150 or email us at info@yu-be.com to get started.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Your items will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days

Standard shipping for domestic orders takes up to 7 business days for delivery.

Standard shipping for Canada customers takes between 10-14 days for delivery.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the US and select items to Canada. This product is not available to ship to Canada. US only.

Very Useful

I put YuBe lotion on my heels every night and these socks keep my sheets clean. It's a great combo. Much better than wearing regular socks to bed because the toes have freedom and fresh air. It's a small thing, but it improves the quality of life.

a good product

I've used these as socks and they're great. They do a good job of keeping the moisturizer on your feet. I also have plantar fasciitis and noticed that they provide an unobtrusive level of support through out the night which helps with footpain in the morning.

These solved the dry heel problem

I was skeptical that this would work but decided to try them. I have always had to moisturize my heels, they get very dry and crack quickly. I had been using another product that I liked but it was two different cream, exfoliating once and week and I didn't always keep it up. I felt a big difference after one night and it is easy to do. After using the cream else where I just put it on my feet, put on the socks and the next morning I am very happy with the results. The products I have tried from this company do what they say they will and you need to use only small amounts.

Excellent product!

I use them to put the moisturizing at night and let it work while I sleep. It helps the moisturizing penetrate better and I donā€™t leave stains in my bed sheets.
