How to Use the Cleansing + Smoothing Duo
Hydrating Face Wash - Daily Cleanse (AM & PM):
- Use the Hydrating Face Wash morning and evening
- Apply a quarter size amount to damp skin and gently massage over face using circular motions
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry
- Follow up with your choice of Yu-Be skin creams to lock in the hydration
Foaming Skin Polish - Exfoliate & Smooth (1–2x per week)
- Use the Foaming Skin Polish 1–2 times per week on face and/or body
- Focus on areas that feel rough, bumpy, dull, or congested.
- Massage onto damp skin using gentle circular motions, then rinse well
- Pat skin dry and follow up with your favorite Yu-Be skin cream

1. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6 for US customers. For Canada-based customers, shipping is a flat fee of $20 CAD.
For US orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $75+
For Canada-based orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $120+ CAD! Please note that duty fees are not covered.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window (from the date of delivery) for returns and exchanges.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply email us at info@yu-be.com to get started.
In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Your items will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days
Standard shipping for domestic orders takes up to 7 business days for delivery.
Standard shipping for Canada customers takes between 10-14 days for delivery.
