1. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6 for US customers. For Canada-based customers, shipping is a flat fee of $15.

For US orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $45 or more!

For Canada-based orders, we offer FREE standard shipping for orders of $75 or more! Please note that duty fees are not covered.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window (from the date of delivery) for returns and exchanges.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply call us at (310) 737-1150 or email us at info@yu-be.com to get started.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Your items will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days

Standard shipping for domestic orders takes up to 7 business days for delivery.

Standard shipping for Canada customers takes between 10-14 days for delivery.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the US and select items to Canada. This product is not available to ship to Canada. US only.
